Refund Policy

Clothing must be unwashed and unused with original packaging. It must be free of pet hair, makeup and any stains, as well as not smell of smoke, deodorant or any other products. We reserve the right to refuse refunding an order if it does not meet this criteria. Buyer pays for return postage unless item is proven faulty. To refund an item, get in touch via the email below within 30 days of purchase and state your reason for return. Note for non faulty items we charge a 5% restocking fee. 

Exchange Policy

Buyer pays for return postage and for postage of the correct size back. If item is faulty we pay for postage back to us and correct item back to you, after proving the item is faulty. To exchange an item, please email the following address and include a photo of the item if faulty and we'll get in contact.
